Services

In order to achieve its objectives, the department provides the following fundamental and similar services within the framework of its budgetary resources:

1. Healthcare Services: Operates to deliver all types of healthcare services. Establishes inpatient healthcare centers and provides medical services.

2. Cultural and Artistic Activities: Organizes events and performances in the fields of fine arts and sports. Facilitates artistic events and sports activities.

3. Student Services: Assists students in areas such as scholarships and loans, nutrition, accommodation, work, recreation, leisure activities, transportation, and employment opportunities.

4. Psychological Counseling and Guidance: Provides psychological counseling and guidance services to students. Offers support for solving personal and family-related issues.

5. Research and Applications: Conducts or commissions research and applications in relevant fields. Publishes necessary information as required.

6. Physical Facilities: Ensures the establishment, construction, rental, operation, or management of facilities such as student cafeterias, restaurants, reading rooms, dormitories, meeting rooms, cinema and theater halls, sports halls and fields, and camping sites.

7. Collaboration and Revolving Funds: Works in collaboration with other university departments and external organizations. Also establishes revolving fund enterprises.

The department aims to provide these services to meet the healthcare, cultural, social, and educational needs of students.
