Movable Property and Record Control Unit

The Movable Property and Record Control Unit is responsible for recording, safeguarding, and utilizing movable properties belonging to public administrations, as well as providing their management accounts. Additionally, the unit is involved in identifying movable property management officers at the central and provincial levels and appointing those who will act on behalf of these officers. Furthermore, it determines the principles and procedures for the gratuitous transfer of movable properties between public administrations.

The primary duties of the Movable Property and Record Control Unit include:

• Recording and updating movable properties belonging to public administrations,
• Ensuring the proper safeguarding and utilization of movable properties,
• Identifying movable property management officers at the central and provincial levels and appointing those to act on their behalf,
• Conducting inventory studies of movable properties and organizing inventory records,
• Managing the evaluation of movable properties and overseeing the processes for providing management accounts,
• Establishing principles and procedures for the gratuitous transfer of movable properties between public administrations.
