Culture Branch Offices

The Culture Branch Office, operating under the Health, Culture, and Sports Department of Fırat University, collaborates with nearly 100 student communities and clubs active throughout the university each academic year, organizing numerous successful events. With the support of the department and university administration, the office diligently carries out programs such as "Author-Poet Talks," "Poetry Readings," "Commemorative and Celebration Meetings," "Conferences," "Panels," "Symposiums," "Seminars," "Music and Singing Contests," "Concerts," "Intra-University Folk Dance Competitions," "Theater Performances," "Festivals," "Spring Festivals," and "Science Competitions."

In addition to these activities, the office monitors and disseminates announcements of various competitions in art, culture, science, and technology organized by other universities and institutions, forwarding them to the relevant faculties, schools, and vocational schools for students' participation.

The Student Communities Coordination Office supports the establishment process of any student communities and clubs within the university, managing the necessary correspondence. For any events, the office obtains a "Commission" decision and submits it to the "Rectorate Office" for approval.

The Culture Branch Office, which continues its activities successfully under the Health, Culture, and Sports Department of Fırat University, collaborates with other units such as the Sports Branch Office, the Nutrition Branch Office, the Student Counseling Center Office, and other departments. With a firm belief in internal communication and teamwork, and in alignment with the mission of Fırat University, the office fulfills its responsibilities as assigned by the department and university administration.
