Canteen and Cafeteria Offices

The Canteen and Cafeteria Offices, operating under the Health, Culture, and Sports Department of Fırat University, has leased a total of 51 properties (canteens, cafeterias, tea rooms, ATMs, photocopy rooms, and pharmacists' offices) to private individuals for operation in accordance with Article 51(g) of Law No. 2886 on Public Procurement.

Under the lease agreements, there are terms and conditions that both the operators and the University must adhere to. The Canteen and Cafeteria Directorate is responsible for ensuring compliance with these terms and conditions. Additionally, the Directorate monitors income related to these properties, such as electricity, water, and heating expenses. It also manages the leasing of areas planned for stands (e.g., exhibition stands, concerts) and other organizational activities within the University.

The Canteen and Cafeteria Directorate ensures the effective and orderly operation of the leased properties by monitoring the fulfillment of the agreements with operators. It is also responsible for the regular collection of revenues and the management of activities related to the use of these properties.
